Job Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate. As the Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for all front desk operations. This is a key role that requires excellent customer service skills.
Duties:- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner- Schedule appointments- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information to patients- Check-in patients, verify insurance information, and collect payments- Maintain patient records and update medical records as necessary
Skills:- Strong knowledge of dental scheduling systems- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Strong organizational skills
