Chicago Dental Arts Dental Hygienist (TEMPORARY POSITION)
Dental Hygienist needed from (JUNE 3rd - AUGUST 15th) for every Tuesday through Friday from 8AM to 4:00PM in our private practice located on Michigan Avenue in Chicago and our other location at Old Orchard Skokie.
Applicants should have a desire to educate patients. Friendly and positive individual desired who is willing to learn and help dentist deliver a high standard of care in a quality office. Looking for great chair side manner with gentle hygiene skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $50-$55.00 per hour (or more based on experience)

Summary
As a part-time Dental Hygienist, you will be essential in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting oral health within our practice. Reporting to the Lead Dentist, your core responsibilities will include chairside assisting, patient assessment, and maintaining medical records while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Your premium skills in pediatric dentistry and familiarity with software like Eaglesoft and Dentrix will enhance our patient experience. With a focus on aseptic techniques and effective communication, you will contribute significantly to our team’s mission of providing exceptional dental care.
Qualifications

Valid dental hygiene license
Proficiency in chairside assisting and patient care
Knowledge of dental terminology and medical records management
Experience with Eaglesoft
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and aseptic techniques
Familiarity with pediatric dentistry and patient assessment
Ability to perform vital signs monitoring and medical imaging
