Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. Duties

Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations for patients of all ages, including pediatrics.
Assess patients' oral health by taking vital signs and reviewing medical histories.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Utilize aseptic techniques to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Document patient treatments and maintain accurate records in accordance with dental office systems.
Collaborate with dentists to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies.

Qualifications

Valid Dental Hygienist license in accordance with state regulations.
Proficient knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy.
Experience in a dental clinic setting preferred, with familiarity in medical coding being a plus.
Strong understanding of infection control procedures and aseptic techniques.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to educate patients effectively.
Ability to work well as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
