Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental terminology, ensuring smooth operations within our dental clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently- Schedule appointments using Dentrix- Handle phone systems to answer inquiries and schedule appointments- Assist with patient service needs, providing information and guidance- Ensure the dental office is organized and presentable
Requirements:
- Experience with Dentrix preferred- Strong communication skills for interacting with patients and staff effectively- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Prior experience in a dental office of at least 1 year

Pay: $20.76 - $25.00 per hour
