Laneige Dental Group is excited to open the doors of our brand-new, state-of-the-art dental office in Rockaway, NJ. We're looking for a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist to join us at the ground level of this launch—a unique opportunity to help shape the future of a practice from its very first day.
You’ll have a direct role in creating an exceptional patient experience and collaborating with a team that values quality, connection, and professional growth.
Position Schedule: PART TIME and FULL TIME

Monday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Total Hours: 34 per week (arrival 30 minutes prior to shift)
Consistent three-day weekends

Your Role Will Include:

Performing preventive and periodontal hygiene care
Capturing and evaluating digital X-rays
Conducting oral health screenings and assisting with treatment planning
Educating patients on personalized hygiene strategies and preventive care
Maintaining accurate, compliant, and timely patient documentation
Following strict sterilization and infection control protocols
Collaborating closely with the dentist and clinical team for seamless patient care

What We’re Looking For:

Current and active Registered Dental Hygienist license in New Jersey
Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
Reliable, organized, and enthusiastic about contributing to a team
Comfort with digital charting (training provided if needed)
A desire to grow professionally in a supportive, team-focused environment
