Job Summary:
The Kid’s Dentist, PC in Liverpool, NY is making new and exciting changes, and is looking for a friendly, kid-loving Registered Dental Hygienist who is highly motivated with good communication skills and gets along easily with others to join our team.
Responsibilities:-perform dental cleanings, take x-rays and assist the dentists with exams and procedures.- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized recommendations for at-home care- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation- Follow strict infection control protocols to ensure the safety of patients and staff- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional patient care
Qualifications:- Valid state dental hygiene license- Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, oral health conditions, and treatment options- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team- Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus
