Dental Hygienist - Gentry Dental - Charlotte, NC

Private, single doctor owned, low volume, high quality dental practice seeking candidates for dental hygiene for Full Time or Part Time.
Hours: Monday and Tuesday 7am- 3pm, Wednesday and Thursday 8am-4pm.
We are out of network with all insurances and focus on providing exceptional care for our patients.
1 hour for recall patients. 2 hours for SRP and new patient appointments.
One column of appointments with 6-8 patients a day total.
Recently remodeled fully digital office with the latest technology.

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive dental cleanings with a focus on prevention and patient comfort
Educate patients on oral–systemic health and holistic hygiene practices
Take digital X-rays and assist with diagnostic assessments
Use biocompatible materials and natural products in patient care
Maintain a clean and calm operatory environment
Collaborate with the dentist and team in delivering integrative care

Qualifications:

Licensed Dental Hygienist in NC
Knowledge or interest in holistic dentistry (IAOMT/SMART certification a plus)
Familiarity with fluoride-free, ozone, or red-light therapy preferred
Excellent communication and gentle chairside manner
Passion for wellness, prevention, and patient education
Open Dental experience preferred, but not required
