Patient Care Coordinator/Receptionist Pediatric Dental Office - Mill Creek Children’s Dentistry - Bothell, WA

Mill Creek Children's Dentistry is looking for an experienced Patient Care Coordinator/Receptionist to join our team. We are a high volume single provider practice, serving the greater Mill Creek area for over 24 years. Must be organized and have the ability to multitask, answer heavy call volume. We are looking for a friendly outgoing individual to support our team.
Some Responsibilities include:

Collecting payments
Presenting treatment plans
Scheduling appointments
Maintaining recall follow-ups
Answering phones/text messages and emails
Handling all outgoing referral requests
Checking patients in/out
Scheduling general anesthesia cases
Preauthorizations and billing
Verify insurance coverage
Various other daily activities as needed

Desired Qualifications:

Dentrix experience preferred
Ability to prioritize and multi task
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Excellent attendance record
Ability to manage challenging situations in a professional manner
Outgoing and friendly personality

We are open Monday-Thursday with working hours between 7am-4:30pm. We offer a competitive salary, full medical/dental, 401K, vacation/sick leave and 6 paid holidays per year. We look forward to meeting you.
