Job Title: Dental Receptionist
Job Summary:We are a fun, loving, family orientated pediatric dental office seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our dental family. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a dental clinic setting. As a Dental Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth patient flow and delivering a positive experience for all visitors.
Responsibilities:- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor- Manage front desk operations including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries- Maintain electronic medical records and ensure accuracy of patient information- Coordinate with dental staff to facilitate efficient patient service- Check patients out, collect copays, and assist with billing and insurance processing- Handle administrative tasks to support the overall functioning of the dental clinic
Experience is great but we are willing to train the right candidate:- Prior experience in a medical or dental office setting- Proficiency in using dental scheduling systems- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures- Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient care- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Experience in providing medical administrative support is a plus
