Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our patients while maintaining a clean and safe environment. As a Dental Hygienist, you will be responsible for performing dental cleanings, educating patients on oral hygiene, and assisting the dental team in delivering exceptional care.
Duties

Conduct thorough dental cleanings and assessments for patients of all ages.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety and maintain a sterile environment.
Document patient care accurately in Dentrix and maintain comprehensive patient records.
Assist in various dental procedures, including general dentistry and pediatric dentistry, using four-handed dentistry techniques.
Review documentation to ensure compliance with medical terminology and office protocols.
Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care and support.

Experience

Previous experience in dental hygiene is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with Eaglesoft software is an advantage.
Knowledge of medical terminology related to dental health is beneficial.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and comfort.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dental office environment.
