Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and personable Part-Time Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in supporting our mission to deliver outstanding oral health services and patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform dental cleanings (prophylaxis, scaling, root planing) with a gentle and thorough approach
Take digital dental radiographs as needed
Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
Conduct periodontal charting and monitor oral health conditions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Sterilize and maintain dental equipment and operatory cleanliness
Collaborate with the dentist and team members to develop treatment plans
Build positive, lasting relationships with patients to promote a lifetime of oral health

Qualifications:

Licensed Dental Hygienist in the state of Texas (Required)
Current CPR/BLS certification (Required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing patient-centered, compassionate care
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with digital charting systems (experience with [Dentrix/Open Dental/Eaglesoft]* is a plus)
