Summary
We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at Dental Care at Carkeek Park. Responsibilities

Perform dental cleanings and examinations to assess oral health.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Assist in the management of patient records while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
Implement infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment.
Collaborate with dentists during procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques.
Monitor vital signs as necessary during patient visits.

Requirements

Valid dental hygienist license in the state of practice.
Experience in a dental clinic setting is preferred.
Strong knowledge of dental terminology and infection control practices.
Familiarity with medical coding is a plus but not required.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
