What Youâll Do:As our Treatment Coordinator, youâll be the vital link between our clinical team and our patients, helping ensure they feel informed, valued, and confident in their treatment journey.Your day-to-day will include:
Greeting and building strong relationships with patients
Presenting treatment plans and financial options with clarity and care
Scheduling appointments and ensuring smooth patient flow
Navigating insurance benefits and verifying coverage
Answering questions with warmth and professionalism
Supporting the front desk with administrative tasks as needed
