We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, fun-loving hygienist with exceptional clinical and communication skills to join our all-star team 2 days a week. We pride ourselves in having well-established periodontal, caries control and recall programs that are focused on education, clinical excellence and designed to meet our patient's individual needs and goals. There’s no need to rush as our hygiene visits are generally 60 minutes to provide the time you need to deliver exceptional care and build meaningful relationships. Teamwork is our way of life here and each team member is valued and appreciated for their unique skills and talents.

The ideal candidate would be:

Licensed in the state of WI
One year of experience
Comfort using digital charting and x-rays
Anesthesia and nitrous oxide certified
Soft tissue laser certified or willingness to learn
Welcome new ideas and participate in meetings in an effort to continually improve protocols and services offered
Self-starter
Excellent communications skills and ability to educate patients
Partner with the whole team to assist in whatever is required for an excellent patient experience
Enthusiastic team player
Dentrix experience is a plus
Willing to pick up hours to cover a maternity leave (October-January)

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
