We are a fun and family oriented Dental office, and looking for full time Dental Hygienists. We are currently accepting hygienists with no experience and with experience. We have several positions. If you can only work part time, we are open to hiring Part time hygienists.
We have an excellent support system to help newly hired Hygienists. You get ample time per patient and are slowly encouraged to learn from some very interesting and unique cases that we encounter. We do have a professional training hygienist available to help train you for our office and systems.
Our office makes for an excellent learning ground for new hygienists that are motivated and want to be the best. We provide professional training to hygienists.
Here is what we offer our Hygienists:
1. We have flexible schedule and good pay. No commission based pay, we guarantee your hours. As a Hygienist you get to set your own hours. This position requires NO EXPERIENCE. A few years experience does not hurt, we pay more for experienced hygienists.

3. Our pay is among the top 95% in Racine area. We are NOT a DSO, we are a group practice.
4. Flexible schedule, and flexible hours. We have a great culture in the office, and we have a lot of FUN, including an outing/cookout once a month.
5. Hygienists do Hygiene work ONLY. (No sales or scheduling appointments) This is a VERY LOW pressure job, if all you want to do is Hygiene. We have help for Sterilization and a full support system for Hygienists.
6. We are a fully digital and automated office, with top of the line Dental equipment in the industry.
