Requirements

Practicing your profession in an honest and moral manner
Providing high quality, gentle dental cleanings in a timely manner
Taking full mouth series of x-rays as well as panoramic and intra oral pictures
Placing dental sealants; probings
Timely chart notes, chart DR's exams and enter treatment diagnoses
Discuss treatment needs with our patients
Preliminary diagnosis: Being able to spot caries, teeth that need crowns and other dental treatment that may be needed, to be preparing the patient for when it is diagnosed by the dentist
Having a friendly, relatable personality that puts patient at ease in a time that may be inherently stressful
Able to work with a team, with humor, enthusiasm and professionalism
Possess the ability to multi-task, take initiative and anticipate needs of others

Qualifications:

State of Wisconsin Hygiene license (RDH) required
Current CPR certificate (BLSC) required
Minimum of an associate's degree from an accredited Hygiene program
At least one year of dental office experience
Digital practice software experience (current office software used is EagleSoft)
