Dental Assistant - Pediatric Dental Practice - Newport Childrens Dentist - Newport Beach, CA

We are a private pediatric dental practice in Newoprt Beach, and we do mostly preventive treatment.
We are looking for a friendly DA or RDA dental assistant who loves working with kids and is dependable, professional, honest, detail-oriented and a quick learner with problem solving skills.
We are looking for someone who is kind and friendly and loves working with kids.
Qualifications:

Infection control, x-ray, and coronal polishing licenses.
One (1) year or more of Pediatric Dental practice experience.
A strong understanding of dental procedures & dental terminology.
Knowledge of HIPPA regulations.

Responsiblities:

Prepare and sterilize treatment room and equipment, ensuring they are ready for use.
Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized dental office working environment.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care.
Manage inventory of dental supplies, ensuring practice is well-stocked.
Take and process dental radiographs, intraoral photos and impressions.
Greet and engage with our little patients and their parents with friendliness and smile.
Assist during examinations and procedures effectively with four-handed dentistry techniques.
