We're hiring for several Dental Assistant roles across three growth-focused tiers. Whether you're just getting started or bringing years of experience, there's a place for you here!
Available Positions:
Tier 1 – Sterilization, Equipment, and Lab Assistant The foundation of a smooth-running practice! Responsibilities include:

Sterilizing instruments and maintaining sterilization logs
Setting up and breaking down treatment room
Stocking rooms and supply tubs
Performing janitorial duties
Seating patients and taking their blood pressure
Setting up trays for procedures
Maintaining solutions, logs, equipment, and chair maintenance
Managing vacuum traps, filters, autoclave maintenance, and spore testing
Assisting with equipment responsibility and inventory
Lab work

Tier 2 – Chairside Assistant Providing clinical excellence and patient support! Responsibilities include:

Assisting doctors directly during procedures, including taking x-rays
Setting up trays according to doctor preferences
Writing accurate, detailed clinical notes
Managing lab cases and assisting with lab work (pouring models, trimming, etc.)
Maintaining equipment responsibility and inventory

Tier 3 – Lead Assistant Leadership in action and clinical excellence! Responsibilities include:

Overseeing and supporting Tier 1 team members
Performing all Tier 2 duties at a high level
Assisting doctors with specialty procedures (Surgeries, Endo, Ortho)
Managing inventory and ordering supplies
Overseeing lab work and case flow
Training and mentoring new assistants
Acting as a liaison between assistants and management
Managing equipment responsibility and inventory
