Your Role Will Include:
Assisting the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
Taking and developing dental radiographs (X-rays)
Preparing and sterilizing instruments and treatment rooms
Ensuring patient comfort and care throughout their visit
Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
What We're Looking For:
A current RDA license or DA experience (RDA preferred but not required)
X-ray certification (required)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
A caring, patient-first attitude
A reliable and motivated team playerWorking experience (1 year preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Adhere to OSHA and HIPAA guidelines.
Track and manage lab cases.
Deliver positive and memorable patient experiences.
Maintain professional and collaborative relationships with doctors and staff.
Assist the dentist chairside during procedures.
Take and process dental X-rays.
Update treatment plans and maintain accurate records.
Enter detailed notes and charts into the system.
Ensure the back office is organized and well-maintained.
Support efficient patient flow and care coordination.
Maintain a warm, friendly, and clean environment for patients and their families.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of one year of dental assisting experience required.
Bilingual, Mandarin (preferred).
BLS/CPR certification required.
Experience with Open Dental software (preferred but not required).
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Excellent customer service skills.
