General Dentist - Ridgegate Dental - Parker, CO

Job OverviewWe are seeking a competent dentist for our office. The practice is in need of a very caring and accomplished doctor to provide comprehensive needs to the patients. That said historically the practice has not done Endo, Extractions, or Ortho. These do not need to be done with the exception of limited Invisalign ortho.
We need a strong driven leader in the practice. We are looking for a dentist to partner with. Equity positions are offered based on a few different modalities and the dentist selected is expected to become part of the practice within the first year. Not all equity positions require payment.
Our goal is to provide an extremely comfortable experience for our patients, ensuring they are well informed and taken care of at the highest level possible. Historically this office has excelled at cosmetic dentistry and we look to continue that.
Duties

Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine oral health needs and treatment plans.
Perform a variety of dental procedures including examinations, fillings, ceramic restorations and limited ortho.
Utilize medical imaging techniques to diagnose dental issues accurately.
Maintain infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry approach to enhance patient care efficiency.
Document patient information accurately using dental software (Dentrix Ascend).
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care measures.
Stay updated with advancements in dental technology and practices.

Skills

Proficiency in dental restorative techniques.
Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
Experience with patient assessment and medical imaging technologies.
Familiarity with infection control standards in a clinical setting.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to build rapport with patients and staff. .
