Dental Assistant - Green Bench Dental, LLC - Saint Petersburg, FL

Looking for someone who wants to learn and grow in our general dental practice. Salary will be negotiated based on experience. Candidate should be highly motivated and want to learn all aspects of the dental office. We are looking for someone to work with both of our doctors, assist hygiene, and learn front desk skills. If you do not know anything but want to learn and are motivated we will teach you and help you get certified.

Qualifications

Proficient in chairside assisting and understanding of dental terminology
Experience with 3D scanners, 3D printing, Cerec, and general dentistry practices
Knowledge of aseptic techniques and anatomy
Familiarity with EMR systems, including Dentrix
Ability to perform X-rays, manage lab cases, ordering
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation practices

Responsibilities

Assist dentists during procedures by providing chairside support and managing instruments.
Maintain a sterile environment by adhering to aseptic techniques and ensuring proper sanitation.
Utilize dental terminology to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
Perform X-rays and manage patient records using EMR systems like Dentrix.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
