We are seeking a Part-Time (2-3 days a week) Independent Contractor skilled and experienced Dentist to join the team at our Central Florida private practice. This is an opportunity for dentist looking for a place to grow and be a part of the community. The ideal candidate should have an excellent bedside manner and be committed to providing care that makes patients feel like family.
We are in a busy shopping plaza with great visibility and traffic. Practice is education based, and patient focused. We believe in comprehensive dental treatment, and educating patients on their options for treatment. A whole patient approach is taken with regards to patient health and choices.
Must have Great patient communication and ethics, with a desire to help patients with high quality dentistry. Spanish speaking bilingual is a plus!
Location: Kissimmee, FL
Job Type: Part-Time (3 days a week).
Pay: $150,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year

Credentials
3+ years' experience as a licensed practicing dentist
Degree from an Accredited School of Dentistry
Current, unrestricted Florida license
Valid DEA#
Current BLS or ACLS and PALS if performing sedation services
Qualifications
DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) or DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) degree from an ADA-accredited dental school is required
Current Florida state license
Previous experience dentistry in clinical or private practice
CPR, BLS certifications and NPI and Medicaid numbers
Excellent bedside manner
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding dental and healthcare.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to keep detailed records.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including extractions, prosthodontics, and oral surgery.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical documentation.
Provide exceptional patient care and education, addressing any concerns or questions.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure a smooth workflow and optimal patient experience.
Utilize Dentrix dental software systems for patient records management.
Communicate effectively with patients, including bilingual support when necessary.
