OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality dental care while ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction. As a Dentist, you will diagnose and treat dental issues, perform various dental procedures, and educate patients on maintaining their oral health.
Duties

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine oral health needs.
Perform general dentistry procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns.
Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure a sterile environment during all dental procedures.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for all patient interactions.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry approach to enhance efficiency during treatments.
Fabricate dental appliances as needed for patient care.
Implement infection control protocols to ensure the safety of patients and staff.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental technology and practices.

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Active BLS certificate
Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation practices.
Experience with Dentrix, Fuse, or similar dental practice management software is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and education in general dentistry practices.
Knowledge of infection control standards and best practices in a clinical setting.
