Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various dental issues, performing procedures, and educating patients on oral health. Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine oral health needs.
Perform general dentistry procedures including fillings, crowns, extractions, and root canals.
Utilize medical imaging techniques to diagnose dental conditions accurately.
Maintain aseptic techniques during all dental procedures to ensure patient safety.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Document patient information accurately in the dental office management software (Dentrix or similar).
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide optimal patient care.
Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Experience

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Experience in general dentistry is preferred; familiarity with pediatrics is a plus.
Proficient in dental terminology and medical terminology relevant to the field.
Knowledge of electronic health record systems such as Epic is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
