Duties

Assist Dr. Tran during clinical procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow and optimal patient experience.
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
Take orthodontic radiographs and photos as needed, adhering to safety protocols.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and treatment instructions.
Maintain accurate patient records using Dolphin Management.
Implement aseptic techniques to maintain a safe and clean environment for both patients and staff.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow and high standards of care.

Requirements

Previous experience in dental assisting is required; experience in orthodontics is preferred.
Knowledge of orthodontic procedures is advantageous.
Familiarity with dental sterilization techniques
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and team members.
Ability to maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
