Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced, compassionate, and skilled Pedodontist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and preventing dental conditions while providing exceptional care to patients. The Dentist will work closely with dental assistants, hygienists, and office staff to ensure a positive patient experience and maintain high standards of care

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental exams and diagnose dental conditions in children.
Provide preventive and restorative dental treatments, including cleanings, fillings, and crowns
Administer anesthesia and sedation as needed, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
Educate children and parents on proper oral hygiene, preventive care, and diet.
Manage dental care for patients with special needs or complex medical histories.
Address pediatric dental emergencies promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with dental team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic health record system.
Follow infection control and safety protocols in compliance with regulatory standards.
Provide guidance and leadership to dental assistants and hygienists.
Foster a positive, welcoming environment for patients and their families.
Educational Requirements, Qualifications, and Trainings
Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school.
Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program.
Board certification or eligibility in Pediatric Dentistry.
Active and valid state dental license (or eligibility to obtain one in [State]).
Current certification in CPR and basic life support (BLS).
Expertise in diagnosing and treating pediatric dental conditions.
Knowledge of pediatric sedation techniques and pain management.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with children and families.
