The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all dental instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and maintained, adhering to strict health and safety standards. This role is crucial in supporting our clinical staff and ensuring the highest level of patient care.
Duties

Perform sterilization of dental instruments and equipment using appropriate methods and protocols.
Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes, including tracking the use of instruments and monitoring sterilization cycles.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure a smooth workflow in the clinic, providing assistance as needed.
Utilize 3D scanners for imaging purposes when required, ensuring proper handling and maintenance of equipment.
Stay updated on dental terminology, medical coding, and general dentistry practices to support clinical operations effectively.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of sterilization areas, adhering to infection control protocols.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a dental clinic or similar healthcare environment is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise protocols.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
