Duties

Assist the dentist during various procedures, including examinations, cleanings, and treatments.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment following aseptic techniques.
Take X-rays while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Maintain accurate medical and dental records and patient information using dental software.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow to optimize office efficiency.
Support pediatric dentistry procedures with a gentle approach to ensure a positive experience for young patients.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high standards of care in general dentistry and prosthodontics.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Familiarity with dental software is a plus
Knowledge of anatomy related to dental practices is essential.
Experience with pediatric dentistry is highly desirable.
Proficiency in aseptic techniques and understanding of medical records management.
Ability to take X-rays safely and effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly with patients and team members.
