Who We're Looking For
A highly experienced dentist with 2+ years of experience
Comfortable with a variety of procedures, including restorative, preventative, cosmetic, and surgical services
Strong understanding of how to maximize productivity while maintaining exceptional patient care
Excellent communication skills, with a focus on building patient rapport and trust
A personable, compassionate approach to dentistry, ensuring patients feel comfortable and valued
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and the quality of care
A positive attitude and strong work ethic to help us continue providing top-notch service to our loyal patient base
Mole endo experience preferred
Duties
Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages.
Perform a range of dental procedures including cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records for each patient visit.
Implement infection control protocols to ensure the safety and health of patients and staff.
Provide education to patients regarding oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to optimize patient flow and care delivery.
Utilize electronic health record systems such as Open Dental for managing patient information efficiently.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry to provide the best possible care.
Requirements
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution preferably with 2+ years of clinical experience.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Strong knowledge of infection control procedures and techniques.
Experience in pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, or oral surgery is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
Proficiency in medical documentation practices within a dental office setting.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Ability to maintain a high level of patient care while maximizing production and efficiency.
