Avenue Dental Care Puyallup is seeking an Associate Dentist. Join a Thriving Private Practice (Not a DSO!).
We are seeking a motivated, ethical and experienced Associate Dentist to join our well established privately-owned family dental practice. We recently acquired a retiring dentist's practice and merged into a brand new, state-of-the-art facility on a busy street with a new build out. With over 3,000 active patients and a significant backlog of restorative work, this is a fantastic opportunity to build and manage your own patient base with a supportive environment.
What We're Looking For:

Proficiency in extractions and bone grafting - our practice performs a high volume of implants.
Confident in molar root canals.
Strong treatment planning skills - capable of managing and maintaining your own patient load.
An ethical, patient-focused approach - we are a family-run office, not a DSO.
Great opportunity to get mentored on single implants to All-on-X implants and IV sedation.
GPR residency or 2-4 years of private practice experience preferred.

Compensation:
Paid on production with significant earning potential.
