Duties
Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
Diagnose and treat dental conditions, including performing procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals.
Provide preventive care and education to patients regarding oral hygiene and health.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to ensure efficient patient flow and optimal care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training.
Adhere to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques during all procedures.
Assist in the management of the dental clinic's operations as needed.
Skills
Proficiency in pediatric dentistry, with the ability to provide compassionate care to children.
Strong understanding of dental terminology and anatomy knowledge relevant to dental practices.
Experience with dental fabrication techniques for crowns, bridges, and dentures.
Knowledge of infection control practices to ensure patient safety.
Familiarity with endodontics, oral surgery, and prosthodontics procedures.
Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients and team members.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
