Dental Assistant - Precision Endodontic Network - Lancaster, PA

Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dental practice limited to Endodontics (Root canals). This position involves assisting dentists during procedures, taking xrays and CBCTs, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. We have 4 office locations but staff is not required to work in every office. We try to limit travel so that employees have minimal driving distance
Responsibilities

Assist dentists during examinations and dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary materials are available.
Take medical imaging, including X-rays, and ensure proper handling of imaging equipment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the clinic.

Requirements

Experience as a dental assistant is suggested but NOT required, we are willing to train on-site if the right candidate
X-ray certification within 3 months of employment
Good attitude for learning working as a team
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Certification in Dental Assisting is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
