Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment according to infection control protocols.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
Maintain accurate medical records and patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-operative care, and treatment plans.
Fabricate temporary crowns.

ExperienceThe ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

Proficiency in dental assisting techniques with knowledge of general dentistry practices.
Experience using X-ray equipment.
Experience with dental software.
Strong understanding of anatomy related to dental health.
Knowledge of medical records management and adherence to HIPAA guidelines.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and team members.
