We have an established pediatric dental practice.
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Dentist to join our dental office. The ideal candidate will have experience in pediatric dentistry and a passion for providing high-quality care to patients of all ages. This role involves diagnosing and treating dental issues, performing oral surgeries, and maintaining accurate medical records. The Dentist will work closely with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure a smooth operation of the clinic.
Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
Diagnose dental conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.

Maintain accurate medical records and documentation using Softdent software.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Collaborate with assistants to provide optimal patient care.
Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and incorporate new techniques as necessary.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the dental office.

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry
Familiarity with Eaglesoft or similar dental practice management software is preferred.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
