FT Spanish Speaking Dental Front Desk/Office Coordinator - Mi Casa Family Dentistry - Austin, TX

Our private practice is looking for a FRONT OFFICE coordinator to assist in administrative functions. Due to our beloved patient base, we do require that the applicant be able to speak both Spanish and English. PRIOR DENTAL EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED and pay will be based off experience. There is definitely ROOM FOR CAREER GROWTH!
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, great customer service skills, be a team player, dependable, trustworthy, positive, fast learner, and a self-starter.
This position will require travel flexibility between our three offices (all in Austin) as well.
You will have a routine throughout the day that involves, but not limited to...- welcoming and comforting patients- providing patients and other employees with information- scheduling- verifying insurance benefits- managing financial transactions- answering multi-line phones- educating patients on their treatments- assisting doctors when necessary- updating the patient’s appointment schedule- ensuring patient satisfaction at each appointment.
