WHO ARE WE? AN INTRODUCTION
Family HealthCare (FHC) is a family-oriented primary care clinic that provides various medical and dental services for patients since 1990 in the Fargo-Moorhead area. With five different care locations and a mobile unit, we proudly serve over 15,000 patients each year.
MAKE A DIFFERENCE AS A DENTIST
As a new Dentist at Family HealthCare, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve diagnosing and treating various dental conditions while maintaining a compassionate approach to patient care. You'll conduct comprehensive examinations and develop tailored treatment plans, ensuring each patient feels valued and understood. Expect to perform routine procedures such as cleanings, fillings, and extractions, alongside more complex treatments when necessary.
Collaborating closely with dental hygienists and support staff, you'll ensure smooth patient flow and effective communication within the team. Additionally, you will educate patients on oral health practices and preventative care, fostering a culture of excellence and patient empowerment. Keeping current with the latest dental technologies and innovations is crucial, as is demonstrating empathy and understanding in every interaction.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Graduation from an approved school of dentistry.
Two years experience in the practice of dentistry preferred.
Licensure to practice dentistry in both the states of North Dakota and Minnesota required.
Provider must be in good standing and eligible to participate in all public funded programs, including Medicaid and any managed care programs.
