Job Description
Location: Pocahontas
Type of Practice: General Dentistry
Schedule: Full Time Opportunity - no nights or weekends, etc
Compensation: Competitive Guarantees, then %of net production, no negative accrual
CE: Major focus on CE, stipend provided, but the company puts over $25k into CE for doctors
Pathway to Partnership/Ownership: Yes
Facility: Brand new facility as of 2023, and we are the only dental office in Pocahontas County.
Operatories: 9 fully functioning operatories (3 hygiene/6 doctor).
Technology: Top-of-the-line technology, CERECs in every practice
Support Staff: a highly skilled clinical team consists of 3 dental hygienists and 4 trained Dental Assistants, an office manager, a financial coordinator, and a schedule treatment plan coordinator to ensure you have the support you need to seamlessly exceed your goals.
Unique/Historic selling points: Do not accept any state insurance, mentorship, or onboarding plans in place customized for each doctor
Community Details: Pocahontas and the surrounding areas are a very tight-knit community. Many of our employees grew up here and raised/or are raising their families here. Lots of small-town opportunities to get involved in the community. Pocahontas Area Community High School is the only high school in Pocahontas County.
