Fielder Park Dental is a full-service dental practice in Arlington, TX. We are looking for a high energy person who loves to help patients with their overall dental needs to join our team and share the same vision for growth. Our practice is a multiple dentist practice with an organized fast-paced flow.
Job Summary:
Our ideal candidate would be well-organized with great attention to detail. You should be able to follow instructions and respect dental office regulations. We want you to be skilled in providing direct or indirect patient care. Our goal is for our patients to feel special and to make office procedures run as smoothly as possible. Registered Dental Assistants focus is to assist the doctor and team and make the patient feel at ease while they are in the office by doing some of the following:
Responsibilities:

Preparing treatment rooms with instruments and materials
Be able to educate patients to optimal dental health in a caring manner.
Digital X-Rays, Dental Charting and Treatment planning
Assist with general front desk duties, including answering phone calls and greeting clients.
Lab experience (pouring, trimming, and polishing dental casts)
Multitasking
High level of infection control

Qualifications:

Dental assisting: minimum 2 years
N20
Current CPR certification.
Team Player - Positive Attitude
Detail-oriented.
Expanded Dental Assistant Duties
Eaglesoft Software experience or can be trained.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.
A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
