Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled PART-TIME Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team.
This is a Part Time role, approximately 20-25 hours per week ( 3 days preferred)
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. As a Dental Hygienist, you will be responsible for performing various clinical tasks, educating patients on oral hygiene practices, and collaborating with dentists to develop treatment plans.
Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments and dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth.
Utilize medical imaging techniques to capture accurate diagnostic images.
Review documentation and patient records to ensure all information is current and accurate.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment in accordance with infection control protocols.

Skills

Proficient in medical imaging techniques relevant to dental practices.
Experience working in a dental office environment with knowledge of dental terminology.
Strong patient assessment skills to evaluate oral health effectively.
Ability to conduct thorough documentation reviews for accurate patient care management.
Solid understanding of anatomy as it relates to dental health.
Experience or interest in pediatric dentistry is a plus, enhancing the ability to cater to younger patients' needs.
