Position Summary
We’re seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our dedicated team. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, you'll play a vital role in helping patients achieve optimal oral health in a warm, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities

Perform cleanings, scaling, and root planing procedures
Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and screenings
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and dental tools
Apply fluoride treatments and sealants as needed
Take and review dental x-rays to support accurate diagnosis
Collaborate with the dentist on individualized treatment plans
Maintain precise and thorough patient records
Follow all infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

Current Dental Hygienist license in North Carolina
Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
Experience preferred but not required; new grads welcome!
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, empathetic approach
Proficiency with dental software (a plus)
Strong team player with high ethical standards and attention to detail
