We are seeking a dedicated Dental Hygienist who prioritizes building strong relationships with patients and providing exceptional care — without the pressure of production goals. Every patient is scheduled for a full hour, and hygienists have the freedom to make and control their own schedules to ensure the best outcomes for their patients and their own work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive preventive care including cleanings, scaling and root planing, and patient education
Build lasting relationships with patients through excellent communication and personalized service
Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to deliver the best patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation

Qualifications:

Current Dental Hygiene license in Ohio
A commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-first care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A team-player mindset with a positive attitude

Schedule:

Monday to Thursday 8-5, 1-hour lunch from 1-2
Optional half-day Fridays
