What do we offer? We are a PRIVATELY-OWNED, positive-vibe office with 2 doctors who are patient, kind and supportive. We offer regular team meetings and events to both grow professionally as well as contribute to our local community and want to support each team member to reach their goals, whatever that might look like.
Pay: We offer a strong benefit package and also competitive pay along with multiple bonuses to make sure you are compensated well. We want our employees to not just be happy financially, but to be overall happy with their career and the job they come to every day.
Clinical: We give 2 hours for new patients and 1 hour for recalls. We use Itero, intra oral cameras, extra oral photos, Open Dental Software, Velscope, and SDF. Training in these are a plus but we are happy to teach you! Beautiful & modern office with a very supportive environment and up to date equipment. It truly is a dream office!
Benefits: We offer generous biweekly bonuses on top of base hourly rate, which typically range from $70-$400 per pay. We offer a 3% match to 401K as well as profit sharing. Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Holiday Bonuses, Anniversary Bonuses and more.
*IMPORTANT* We have up-to-date equipment and instruments as well. We order instruments as needed and regularly refresh our cavitron inserts too. We recognize that you can't do your job without the right tools!
