Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive oral health assessments and dental cleanings
Administer fluoride treatments and sealants
Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventative care
Accurately document patient care in our dental records system
Take and monitor vital signs as needed
Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment
Use Eaglesoft or similar software for scheduling and records management
Work closely with the dental team to develop patient-specific treatment plans
Provide a positive, reassuring experience for all patients—including pediatric patients

Qualifications:

Active Dental Hygienist license in [Insert State] (Required)
Prior experience in a dental office (Preferred)
Knowledge of dental assisting is a plus
Proficient in using dental practice management software (Eaglesoft preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills
