Dental Assistant - Texas Tiny Teeth Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics - Denton, TX

This is an opportunity to join the dream team of pediatric dentistry. As a dental assistant you will assist in delivering outstanding care and experiences for our patients.
Responsibilities:

Ensure quality patient service by providing thorough patient care, effective communication and personal attention.
Prepare the treatment rooms, patient records, equipment and necessary instruments for dental procedures
Provide chairside assistance to the doctor including but not limited to basic and complex restorative, surgical, endodontic, pediatric, emergency and preventative dental procedures
Record accurate and concise patient and treatment information for clinical notes
Take dental radiographs (x-rays)
Provide patients with instructions for oral care prior to and following surgery or other dental treatment procedures
Teach patients appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health
Monitor inventory and ordering of dental supplies.

Qualifications required:
-Current Texas RDA license
-Current CPR
-N2O monitoring certification (can get within 30 days of hire if needed)
