Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, fluoride application, and x-rays
Educate patients on oral hygiene and customized dental care strategies
Assist the dentist chairside as needed, ensuring a smooth and comfortable patient experience
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical histories
Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a sterile work environment
Collaborate closely with the dental team to ensure exceptional patient care

Requirements:

Valid Dental Hygienist license in Texas
Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical dental hygiene role
Proficiency in x-rays, aseptic techniques, and familiarity with CAD software
Experience using Eaglesoft, Epic, or similar dental office software
Knowledge of HIPAA and commitment to patient privacy
Strong grasp of medical terminology, dental anatomy, and infection control
