Summary
We are seeking a Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Vista PeakDental practice. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, so must create that 1st great impression! Responsible for managing front desk operations and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. This position is vital in supporting our mission to deliver outstanding dental care.
Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and manage check-in and check-out processes.
Answer phone calls professionally and address patient inquiries effectively.
Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointment scheduling.
Assist with the completion of necessary documentation and forms.
Ensure the front desk area is organized and welcoming at all times.
Collaborate with dental staff to facilitate smooth operations within the practice.
Handle billing inquiries and assist with insurance verification as needed.
Knowledge Insurance claims and Ar's.

Requirements

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Familiarity with Dentrix or similar medical/dental software is a plus.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
