Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental team. Duties

Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations for patients, utilizing appropriate tools and techniques.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Assist in the management of infection control protocols to ensure a safe clinical environment.
Conduct medical imaging procedures as needed, including X-rays, while adhering to safety standards.
Utilize Eaglesoft software for patient management and record keeping.
Collaborate with dentists and other staff members to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Experience

Previous experience in a dental clinic or office setting is preferred.
Proficiency in medical coding and understanding of medical records is advantageous.
Familiarity with aseptic techniques and infection control measures is essential.
Knowledge of general dentistry practices will be beneficial for patient care.
