What You’ll Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Greeting and checking patients in and out with warmth and efficiency
Answering phones and assisting with patient inquiries
Managing appointments, recalls, and daily schedules
Collecting co-pays and handling insurance claims (knowledge of CDT codes required)
Maintaining accurate patient records and charts
Opening and closing the office and helping keep the environment clean and organized
Supporting a smooth, welcoming patient experience from start to finish

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 year of experience as a dental receptionist (Required)
Strong knowledge of dental billing and CDT codes (Required)
Experience as a dental assistant is a plus
Familiarity with EZDental software/VYNE is preferred
Friendly, organized, and detail-oriented with an excellent phone manner
A dependable team player who loves to multitask and thrives in a fast-paced environment

Position Details

Part-time schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Flexibility is a must—as we transition to a new provider, hours may vary and could eventually shift to full-time (Monday–Friday)
