Permanent Dental Hygienist Job in Georgetown, TX

OverviewWeâre looking for a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team across our 12 DFW locations. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in educating patients on oral health, performing preventive care, and assisting in the overall management of dental health. Responsibilities
Prepare treatment room for patients by adhering to prescribed procedures and protocols.
Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess patient oral health.
Document, maintain and review accurate patient records while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
Conduct medical imaging procedures, including X-rays, to assist in diagnosis.
Provide education to patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Assist in dentistry procedures, ensuring a comfortable experience for all patients.
Collaborate with dentists to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Utilize dental software such as Open Dental for efficient record management and scheduling.
Experience
Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
Active Texas RDH license and current CPR (BLS) certification.
Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written) is essential for this role.
Trained in OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control (annual).
Experience in dental care, patient care, medical documentation, and imaging preferred.
Strong knowledge and understanding of dental anatomy and general dentistry.

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
