Front Office / Scheduling Coordinator (Colleyville, Texas):
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk/scheduling Coordinator to join our dental office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This is a part time position with potential for full time.
The ideal candidate will have:

Proficiency in Dentrix software along with knowledge of clinical dentistry.
Familiarity in scheduling for productivity and support patient recall
Skilled in presenting treatment plans and offer to set up third party financing options
Experience in verifying insurance benefits, utilize Dentrix to input insurance data, file claims and follow up on collections
Knowledge of administrative tasks and good organizational skills
Strong communications skills in person and on the phone.
